As many of you may know, we started out as a grilled cheese food truck! And though our truck and brick and mortar “GourMelt” are now closed, our love for grilled cheese has never dwindled. In fact, you can find many of our favorite grilled cheese classics from GourMelt, right here at Two Chicks on our lunch menu! Let’s check out some of our favorites!
